You give them mean nicknames; they get on your nerves, and most of the time, you can’t stand being in the same room, but maybe, this is just how kids grow up.
Deep inside, they love and treasure their siblings.

A TikTok video gained over 45.9M views because of how a little girl reacted when she finally met her newborn brother.
For nine long months, Kayla Dunne and her lovely 3-year-old daughter, Everly, have talked about the baby inside her tummy month after month.
They settled the baby on their couch and called for his big sister, Everly.
As the three-year-old came to the living room, she removed the cover and saw the newborn baby.
Her giggles filled the room as she tried to touch her brother’s legs, saying how cute he was.
She even said she wanted to hold her little brother.
It seemed like Everly knew that her role would change. From being an only child to a responsible, loving big sister to Logan, the little girl embraced her role.
Most kids would exhibit behaviors of jealousy, especially toddlers when another baby comes home.
This is also a normal response since some kids can’t really express what they feel and seeing their parents with another baby can cause them to feel jealous.
But with Everly, that’s not the case.
She even asked her mom if the baby had already pooped, then she giggled some more.
People fell in love with the TikTok video and immediately asked for a follow-up.
“Did she get to hold him? Where’s the video? We need to see it now,” commented one follower.
“She’s so precious… I believe great parenting set her up to be excited and sweet,” said another.
After the video went viral, Kayla posted another video of Everly holding Logan.
You can even hear her say, “it’s okay, baby brother.”
Everly isn’t just sweet; she has a tender nature to her that is caring and protective.
Who would think she’s just three years old?
“We’ve been just really blessed with getting to watch the wonderful side of her, being a big sister and watching her fall into that role quite naturally,” Kayla said in her interview with Good Morning America.
