The most adorable father-son duo sings The Beatles’ ‘Don’t Let Me Down’

One of the most adorable stages in a child’s development is the adoration of parents through what the parents do. And while sometimes the takeout can be funny and embarrassing, it almost always is outright adorable.

2-years-old Diogo Mello is in that phase, and his father, Christian Diego Mello, seems to be enjoying every bit of it through his passion, the music of The Beatles.

Sitting down with a miniature replica of a guitar, Diogo fixates on his father, who starts to strum the introduction to ‘Don’t Let Me Down’, one of the more powerful ballades written by John Lennon.

Toddler with thunderous voice sings The Beatles ‘Don’t Let Me Down’ with his dad

The intro, dissonantly embellished by Diogo’s guitar playing, comes to an abrupt stop. Suddenly you hear a booming voice from a little boy singing, “don’t let me down,” while he continues to strum an effort to imitate his father.

Christian then takes over and surprises with a great voice of his own. And as soon as he grasped back the attention of Diogo, they continued with another exchange of the chorus.

Coming to the verse, the little boy again surprises with his enthusiasm. He partially learned the lyrics to the verse and is now singing them together with his father.

Finishing the song with another chorus becomes a little bit challenging for Christian as Diogo almost has enough of it. Still, they end it together, and it couldn’t get any cuter than that.
